I was born and raised in China, and immigrated to Maryland of US in 2002. I took 1 year high school here in U.S., and then I went to Montgomery College to take some accounting classes. I started my first job as a waiter in January 2004. While working as a waiter, I learnt a lot. I learnt how to provide outstanding service with customers' satisfactions. I learnt more and more English vocabulary while talking to American people, I also could keep practicing my English at the same time. There is an old English saying, “Practice Makes Perfect.” I truly agree with that since my oral English is much better than before.

 

On September 1, 2005 I decided to search a way to make some extra income online and joined one of the network marketing companies on the same day. I believed that "Nothing is hard if I put my heart into it"! With this faith, I have past my experience of failure with network marketing through the old Trial and Error method which we all know is a hard way to learn; however, I didn't make as much as I wish. Then I tried to think what I had done wrong and why my income could not grow from one thousand level to five thousand level or even higher. I finally figured out that I need a team! Teamwork was what I really needed. In order to have a great team, I read a lot of books, e-books and online articles about network marketing. In September 2006, I was so lucky that I met with a group of people that had the same though and passion as I did. I joined their team and became one of their team leader. We busily set up our team website and held 3 meetings every morning. Finally, things were going on the way I have been dreaming of. I had a good time and enjoyed sharing thoughts, ideas and business information with my team, and I searched for other proven methods to add to my successful business. In about 9 months, there is something wrong with the network marketing company our team participate in. Then, I decided to quit and jumped into the stock market in 2009. As a matter of fact, I heard a lot of bad news about stock market, so I hated it so much; however, TJ Pham who was one of the co-founder of the Staff Infinity team I was in became my mentor in network marketing and stock market. He is so knowledgeable and showed me a lot of pros and cons about network marketing and stock market. So I played with stocks in the morning and went to work in the restaurant in the evening which I think it's a good combination.

 

On July 23, 2009, I met my wife through Skype and our relationship grew faster than we could ever expect. After our first face to face meeting in China during January and March 2010, we decided to get married. On March 22, 2011, I flied back to China and got married. After I came back to U.S. on May 25, 2011, I finally needed to decide what career I should have for my new life.  A lot of ideas came into my mind, "Open my own business?  Financial manger for stock market? Investing in real estate? ......" "Oh, wait. What do I need to do to become a professional real estate investor?" "I need to know all the rules for buying, selling and leasing the house!" "How can I do that?" "Go to take some classes" "If I take some classes, what shouldn't I be a real estate agent myself?" "Right! Instead of letting real estate agent to make the money, why shouldn't I keep my own money?" "Ok, that's a done deal. Let me be a real estate agent."

 

And now,  I'm a realtor. With more than 7 years experience of working as a waiter, over 5 years experience in network marketing and more than 3 years experience in stock market, I strong believe that I can do much better than other realtors. I can provide you with outstanding customer service like your favorite waiter/waitress did to you. I will work hard as a network marketer does to complete your need, as we know time is of the essence. And I will use my network to help you in buying, selling, leasing, renting and investing in real estate. Since I also want to invest in real estate, I can share with you more opinions in investing in real estate like stock players does to their friends. The rule for people to make money in stock market is to buy low and sell high, same as real estate! Is the price for the house under-value? Could you buy and sell it at a valuable price? Why not?!
